Q: Hi, in this trip it says "during the trip to Grand Canyon West, we'll just pass by Hoover Dam, rather than stop here for visit beacause of the safety elements.", but it stop over for 2-605 for Day 3 (Before ending the day, stop at the Hoover Dam and marvel at its awesome construction.) Why the difference since both coming from West Rim?

When we return on the South rim, the bus is able to use a route that goes to the small observation deck of the Hoover dam's visitor center.
On the west rim, the bus takes a route that does not allow for such a stop.
So, the south rim return enables the group to make a short 15-30 minute photo shoot of the hoover dam, whereas; the west rim does not because all generic traffic must use the overhead bridge for the trip to the Grand Canyon now.

Q: Hi, I am interested to do this tour, and would like to stay at a resonable hotel at Santa Monica beach after the tour, but not tooo expensive. Are you able to book a hotel in Santa Monica for one night after the tour? If you are which hotel would it be? Also are you able to advise approx cost to get a taxi to that hotel from where you would drop us (which I think you would drop us at China town - is that right?). Many thanks for your help. We can only recommend and book a hotel near LAX for you after the tour, please book the hotel in Santa Monica through our hotel partner at: http://travel.ian.com/hotel/search
Unfortunately as we do not know the location of the hotel, we are not able to provide an approximate cost for taxi services.

The seats are assigned to all passengers as a first booked, first served basis. The seats are assigned from the front to the end in a sensible fashion. Seats assigned are also rotated by the tour guide on a daily basis for passengers to receive equal opportunity at the front, mid, and end of the bus.

Q: Hi. If we are staying in Santa Monica what will be the closest pickup point? And what time would we need to be there? The nearest pickup location to Santa Monica is 7:30am Hilton Graden Inn, 801 Via San Clemente Montebello, it takes around 25minutes by taxi (without traffic), please schedule your own transportation to our pickup location. Usually, we will stop for around 2 hours at the factory outlet on the way to LV, if we have already been to the outlet, we will not go again on the way back. You can choose to buy the show ticket from our tour guide, or buy it by yourself.

The tour will include the trasnfers between the hotel and Universal Studios. You usually depart out of the hotel at 8:00 am and leave the park by 5-6 pm.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. Usually, we will start from hotel at around 8:00am each day, it depends on tour guide’s arrangement and itinerary. And it’s not a guided tour to the theme park.
We will arrive at LV at around 5:00pm and leave enough time for you to watch the shows.
The stop time in Barstow outlet will be around 2.5 hours for lunch and shopping.

Q: Hi, if I book this tour and arrive in LA International airpot at 7am could we get picked up on arrival or do we have to wait to 8.30am? Would we be able to get an early check-in at the Hilton Hotel, san Gabriel? I imagine we would get there by 9am with our flight arriving at 7am - is that correct? So could we get an early 9am check-in, or what would be the earliest we could check-in? Also, when we return to LA from Las Vegas on the last day can we get dropped in downtown LA? We would book a hotel for one extra nite in LA after the tour - do you recommend any good centrally located hotel at a reasonable price and can you do the booking? would the tour bus drop us at the hotel in La when we return, or how would you recommend we get to our hotel from where the tour bus would drop us? Our free airport pickup will start from 8:30am, so if you arrive earlier, you have to wait until our tour guide’s arrival. Then we will take you to the hotel, usually, hotel’s check-in time is after 3:00pm, but you can also check-in if there is hotel room available for you.We can drop you off at Chinatown of LA the last day if you do not the airport drop off. How can I get to pick up place from Hotel? Is it easy to take bus or something? If I upgrade hotel to Hilton...Still need to take a bus or taxi? 2. We have a child. 1. There is no night tour offered for this tour. If you are taking an additional night tour on the side: https://www.tours4fun.com/city-tour-by-night-tour.html , you will have to find your own transportation to a nearby hotel for the pick up. The 4 hour night tour and the 7-day package tour are on different routes. They will not be able to pick you up from the Hilton.
The closest hotel pick up for the night tour I stated will be at one of the mid Wilshire pick up locations. However, you will have to take a taxi to the locations and the taxi ride will take around 20 - 30 minutes.
2. You will get to Las Vegas at around 3:00 p.m. Please check with the guide on the tour for a more accurate schedule of your tour on your particular trip.
3. The Las Vegas night tour will start around 6-7 p.m. Please check with the guide for what time he / she will schedule the night tour on your particular day.
